Responsible for considering issues and changes that will affect the neighborhood. This may be due to surrounding development or improvements within the neighborhood that would be beneficial.

Responsible for coordination of the Annual Membership Meeting, welcoming new residents to the neighborhood, attending a quarterly City HOA meeting, and working on any special events the Association might wish to undertake.

Responsible for preparation of the WHCHA Quarterly Newsletters, hanging banners to publicize various special events (Annual Membership Meeting, parties, etc.), maintenance and updating of the WHCHA website, maintenance and moderation of the WHCHA Google Group.

Responsible for selection of flowers at the front entrance, maintenance of grounds and sprinkler systems at the front entrance and other public areas in the neighborhood, encourage the ongoing beautification of the neighborhood and individual yards, and decorating the front entrance for special events and holidays. Also responsible for the development and maintenance of trails in the neighborhood.

Responsible for processing annual membership forms, maintaining the membership database, and publishing a Neighborhood Directory for distribution beginning at the Annual Membership Meeting in March of each year.

Responsible for any and all safety issues and concerns both in the neighborhood and neighboring areas through the Neighborhood Crime Watch and police reports. Notify Publicity & Information Committee of alerts so the information can be shared via the website and/or newsletter.

Responsible for the Association's finances, including paying bills and depositing membership checks. Preparing the financial records for compilation (audit) and filing annual taxes. WHCHA Board Treasurer is the Chair of this Committee.

Responsible for monitoring all contracts entered into by the Board, reviewing the neighborhood's Bills of Assurance and By-laws, and overseeing the POCC (Property Owners Control Committee).
