WHCHA Meetings

MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS

The All-Volunteer WHCHA Board of Directors typically meet at 6 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, however due to scheduling conflicts, it is sometimes moved to another day to insure a quorum. The Board has been meeting at Hunan's Oriental Cuisine most recently. Board meetings are open to ALL homeowners, but be sure to check with a Board member on the exact meeting time and place.

Have something you need to tell the Board? Contact a Board member and ask that member to bring the issue to the attention of the entire Board. Depending on the issue, it may be handled via email or will be discussed at the next Board meeting.

Want to bring an issue to a Board meeting in person? No problem. Just let a Board member know and you will be added to the agenda of the next meeting. The WHCHA Board is here to serve all homeowners and wants to know of any concerns or suggestions.
