WHCHA Membership

The Walton Heights-Candlewood HOA operates on a March to March fiscal year. Unlike other neighborhoods, membership in WHCHA is optional, although STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for all residents, especially considering that membership dues are relatively inexpensive, just $50 per household per year.

WHCHA Membership does have its privileges. Apart from a general sense of being an active part of the neighborhood in which we live, additional benefits of WHCHA membership include:

Voting Privileges at the Annual Membership Meeting, including the selection of representatives to serve on the Board of Directors
Walton Heights-Candlewood Neighborhood Directory, published annually
Opportunity to participate on neighborhood committees
Opportunity to participate in neighborhood social events
Opportunity to participate with our neighborhood on city committees and city issues (location of sewage treatment plant, traffic issues, etc.)
